Leadership

Greg Printz - CEO

Greg Printz serves as the CEO of Greatscapes® Property Management. In 1996 Mr. Printz founded a small lawn care partnership as the need for this service erupted in the Shenandoah Valley. By 2001, the partnership ended and Greatscapes® Property Management Group was formed by Mr. Printz.

Like most landscape and lawn care services, Greatscapes® started with humble beginnings. While Mr. Printz served the Winchester community in the public service field he saw his company grow in size and reputation. In 2005, after 25 years in the public service sector Mr. Printz retired and took Greatscapes® Property Management full-time. With scheduled growth he has captained Greatscapes® to its current position as the area's leader in professional grounds maintenance and snow removal.

As a life-long native of the Shenandoah Valley, Mr. Printz takes pride in developing a service provider that represents the area's values while also helping keep the Shenandoah Valley a beautiful place for people to enjoy.

James Printz, Jr - President

James began his career with Greatscapes® Property Management at the age of 14, helping his father during the weekends and summers. Little did both Mr. Printz and James know, but this humble beginning and young partnership would foster the foundation for their company today.

After James graduated from James Madison University in 2008 with his BBA in Marketing, he took over the role as Operations Manager.

In 2012, James became President of Greatscapes® Property Management. He is now responsible for overall operations, growth strategies, marketing, client acquisition and client retention.

Outside of Greatscapes®, James has an active role with the Top of Virginia Builder’s Association. James proudly holds a Board of Director’s position with the Leary Education Foundation (Timber Ridge School) as well as the Winchester Equipment Company.
